About Scholarships

The Davis Carlson Memorial Foundation would like to offer a scholarship each year for every graduating class. The goal of the foundation is to raise enough money to offer a scholarship worth up to $1000 per recipient.

Each May the Foundation will offer a scholarship of $1000. The scholarship will be awarded on the merits of "Community Service".

This years winner (2009) of the scholarship is Leah Titus.
Leah made blankets to sell and raise funds for the foundation. Her project was called "Blankets of Love" and all proceeds from sales went to Davis' Memorial. The blankets Leah made were of a fleece material and tied (knotted) together. Thank you Leah, and best wishes as you pursue your goals in College.
About the Community Center



There is a huge need in this town for a Community Center. The Davis Carlson Foundation is working with the Stanwood Camano Resource Center in our collective efforts to raise money for and build the Community Center.
