Kirby 25 Gabrielle
On July 6, 2006 Gabrielle was involved in a collision with a Mirage 24 during the One Design race on the Ottawa River. Below is a list of damages found to date.
Rigging
Broken Forestay – the forestay was completely severed. See pictures Forestay1, forestay2, forestay3 and upper forestay.
Pulpit
The pulpit is bent in on the port side. See pictures pulpit 1 and pulpit 2.
Rubrail
Minor scuffing on rubrail. See picture rubrail.
Stanchion

Gelcoat Cracks
New cracking in deck gelcoat observed in two places.
