Back Door Into Glenn's Life

A Little Bit About Me

Glenn Westrich
My name is Glenn Westrich and the in the picture you see above is my beautiful fiancee Christina and I. I was born in 1983 in New Jersey. Pictured on the leftis my younger sister Jackie, born in 1986, and a younger brother Kevin, born in 1992, and he was the only one not born in New Jersey. I moved around a lot as a child. I lived in New Jersey, Nevada and Arizona. In each of those states I lived in several different towns and cities.

At 18, after graduation, I joined the military where I was on the U.S.S. Enterprise CVN-65. I had a good yet rough time in the Navy. I got to see some cool places like Rome, London, Spain, Dubai and Bahrain. I am now out of the military, I work for a great company called the Contract Company. I am working there while attending school at Axia online.

I am working on an architechtual degree. The design of structures has always amazed me and I am excited to get into a field where I was have a direct impact on how they look. I plan on getting married to Christina soon, we have not set a date yet, we are waiting for everything to be just right.

Music has had a profound impact on my life. I played guitar for a few years and plan on getting back into it. Tool has inspired me in many aspects of life. I always try and expand my horizons and keep an open mind. Nothing has impacted me the way the Lord has though. His love and forgiveness have kept me moving and my faith has kept me strong. Well that pretty much sums me up in a really breif way. I hope you enjoy my website! Oh and No soliciting on it okay?

More On the U.S.S. Enterprise

Here is the U.S.S. Enterprise where I did a deployment and a surge. It is the largest carrier and has been around long before I was born! It was the first nuclear carrier and it is the only one with eight reactors, all other carriers have only two. It was an adventure being stationed on this "city in water", but in a lot of ways I am glad it is over.

I was a Fire Controlman, and no it had nothing to do with fires. I was pretty much an electronic technician for the radar video that was produced. I worked in a swithboard that brought together all the radar feeds and I made sure it got put into a pretty picture. I got to meet some cool people and see some cool places, but again I am glad it is over!
