GENERAL INFORMATION BELOW:
1) This is a one day “tailgate show”. NO pens will be available. Please bring your own pens, crates, or leashes to restrain your goats. Shaded areas are sparse, so please provide adequate tarps and shade. Larger trucks & trailers are asked to please come early to ensure adequate parking & facilitate easy exit after the show. You may arrive at the farm (on Friday) as early as you need, to set up. Check-in time will be Friday evening until 8:30am December 7th. Entries need to be received (per e-mail or snail-mail) no later than Tuesday, December 3,2007 in order to have your entries in the Show Program. Send any changes via e-mail to Becky. I will accept entries via mail delivery or e-mail. Open unregistered does class will be dependent on entries, thus time will not be scheduled until day of show.
3) This is a sanctioned NPGA show. NPGA rules to govern & take precedence over all others.
4) No goats in the herd name of our Judges, “Little Tot's Estate” & "Leolynn Farms" will be allowed to show on this date.
5) All Florida State health rules & regulations will be applied. A Health Certificate is required to pass across the state line. Out-of-state exhibitors: be sure to stop at Ag Inspection & show them your Health Certificate! Animals with obvious signs of contagious diseases will be denied entry to participate or unload.
6) Silent Auction and Raffle will be set up for participation. We thank you in advance for any donations and your help in making it a success. Pack a little extra cash to bid on some nice goodies and to help support the club.
7) Bring your own lawn chairs and plan to have lots of fun and fellowship.
8) The Waiver of Liability must be signed and returned with your completed entry form.
9) Lunch will be available at the show. For those of you that arrive on Friday, we will plan our traditional "Pizza Party" Friday evening, with time to sit around & socialize with other goat people. For those of you who stay over Saturday Night, we will plan to fix a nice "Down Home Breakfast" and will try to get Mike to make his famous "Garbage Omelet" to go with my Sausage gravy & biscuits.
10) We have a list of hotels that are close by. Anyone with trailers with living quarters are welcomed to stay here & everyone is welcomed to secure their goats and keep them here at the farm (our farm is fenced in).
