I was born in Colon, Michigan in 1977 and only lived a couple years there before moving to Lansing, Michigan(the capital of Michigan)and living there until my parents got divorced. When I was 13 years old my dad moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and I decided that at my current age(the age of puberty)that it would be better if I lived with my Dad than my Mom for obvious reasons. I have currently lived in Oklahoma for over 15 years now and love it here. I know what your thinking....and no we don't have tee-pees and all live on raches with horses =). Oklahoma City looks just like Lansing, Michigan except a lot bigger and lot better weather year round. I have tons of hobbies and have always had to been busy in life since the day I was born. I currently have 2 jobs and have had 2 jobs since I was 16 years old.I play basketball, tennis, Weightlifting, boxing, volleyball etc. Pretty much every sport except baseball. I even used to run a boxing club where we had a boxing ring and would set up fight against each other locally and had title belts and everything. It was called Knockout Boxing Club. I don't think people can really appreciate how hard boxing is until you step into a ring and fight. I have a huge respect for boxers after that. I don't care how good of fighter u are on the street, if you can't box, your gonna get killed in the ring by a guy who can. 1 four minute round of boxing was like playing 5 games of basketball! It will wear you out and we wore 16oz gloves and had headgear on and it still hurt like crazy =) As u can tell by my picture, about 3 years ago I lost one of my jobs, got depressed and stopped working out and got up to 195lbs of fat and then decided I really need to do something about my weight, so I started not just getting back into lifting weights again, but really learning about nutrition and how pretty much everything u eat affects your body in a postive or negative way. Since then(as you can see by the picture)I dropped down to 145lbs and then from there started to pack on the muscle and got up to 165lbs and then tried to lift too much weight and slipped a disc in my back. Just recently(about 2 months ago)started back up working out and I'm currently 167lbs and have been gaining at least 2lbs of muscle every week so far. My goal is get up to around 185-200lbs with 10% body fat and become a trainer and train from my home.
