MISSION

To take a lead in initiating the practice of sustainable and diversified agricultural production and engage in processing and manufacturing of affordable and quality agricultural and industrial products and inputs that have niche in the local and international markets;

To engage in importation and distribution of farm inputs and industrial machinery needed to production; and find more outlets for fresh and processed products of members at the local and international markets.  Similarly, to engage in bulk buying of consumer items for distribution by member’s consumer cooperatives;

To provide for its members opportunities for value formation, skills enhancement and acquisition of effective and environmentally sound technologies; and, conduct advocacy to build-up the cooperatives movement that will strengthen the unity among primary cooperatives and raise their capability to establish linkages with the local and international communities, cooperatives and groups.
