WovenWord Press

Journeys: Stories of Pregnancy After Losspublished by WovenWord Press (www.wovenword.com) follows almost a dozen parents from their loss through their subsequent pregnancy. Each story is penned by the parent. The book begins with a Foreword by Dr. Michael Berman (www.Hygeia.org) and spans first trimester miscarriages, second trimester deliveries, fullterm stillbirth and the loss of an infant at 13 months. We're a group of parents from Long Island New York and we compliled our stories in order to help other families heal. The book is grouped as chapter "pairs" - each loss story is followed by the story on subsequent pregnancy. With a closing chapter by Anna Orologio, LMSW on the importance of experiencing your grief and not "tucking it away," and back cover comments by Ann Douglas (www.Having-A-Baby.com), Michael Nettleton (www.SPALS.com) and Sherokee Ilse (www.WintergreenPress.com), I hope you'll guide me to a place on your website where Journeys can be added. The book is available through me via the website, WovenWord and online booksellers.
