Learning Organic Chemistry

1- Keep up:

Organic Chemistry builds upon itself.

2- Read Organic Chemistry is not light reading.

Do it with pencil and paper in hand. Ask yourself questions about what you read. Avoid rote memorization, go for understanding.: 

3-Work problems:

This is the most important aspect of learning organic chemistry.

4-Study for deep and lasting understanding:

Avoid superficiality. Avoid rote memorization of things you do not understand. Exercise your mind and Enjoy learning.

5- Preparing for exams:

Test your self Never let the instructor be the first to test your knowledge
