Hello New York Food and Nutrition Directors,
As many of you are aware, the State will be mailing out complete copies of the sign up sheets for SY 06-07 in one large packet with all of the companies contained within.

In order to make things easier, we have created a special web site that will have all of the information for JTM posted on it. The address is http://dvrt2jtm.com/NY/index.html After the survey period is over, you can return to the web site to check on your order by month as it is entered in our system.
The only item not posted is the actual sign up sheet from the State, that will come in the packet mentioned above.
On the web site you will find the following:
- Processing options by Commodity type (A594, A632 and B049) and delivery / pick up options
- Full nutritional for every item offered
- Delivery / Monthly order sheet
Please fill out the survey form the State Packet and fax a copy to the State and one copy to Terry Robson.
The attached sheets will help you determine the products that you would like to receive and how much beef, pork and cheese to divert to JTM for SY 06-07.
We will be showing products at all of the upcoming regional shows, and I would encourage you to attend if at all possible!
