Dear Indiana Food Service Director,

As many of you know the State of Indiana will not be doing further processed products next SY on their Statewide processing program. These were the Spag Sauce with Beef, Cheese French Bread Pizza, Pork BBQ, Meatballs, Mac and Cheese, Pork Taco, Pork Sausage Patties etc…

These items will still be available to you next year though, as well as over 30 other items made from Beef, Pork or Cheese!!!

Many of you have purchased on our "IN Pilot Program". This will continue on as it has in the past, with one change:

This year we need to determine ahead of time how much Beef, Pork, Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese you intend to use next SY for JTM items. Just fill out the attached forms and fax them back to us at 513-367-3519 or fill them out online and save a copy to your computer and email them to bobrybolt@jtmfoodgroup.com .

We will take your amounts and put together with other schools and put together the trucks and forward this information to the State of IN.

For those of you who have been processing on the "Pilot", we know what your usages are for the past 5 years, so Bob Rybolt can get this information to you. For those of you that are new, we will work with you to determine what your needs will be and walk you through the forms.

Delivery can be through a variety of ways; your current distributor, your state warehouse, direct (63 cs minimum - pallet can be mixed products and you have to have a dock and deliveries are "to the tail of the truck"), or through one of our current distributors. There are no minimums on products!! Call us and we can discuss the options with you personally.

We still have plenty of time. Cheese orders are due back by mid Feb  and the other orders are due back by the latter part of March.

If you would like samples, etc…, please let us know.
