Full Care Board 12x14 stall with walk-out $350.00
Full Care Large Breed Equines with walk-out $375.00
with 1/4 acre turn-out add $50 (SUMMER MONTHS ONLY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST)
Blanketing/Unblanketing add $25
Training $650/month includes full care 12x12 with walk-out

Vacation Horses 12x12 stall $15
Show or Traveling Overnighters 12x12 stall $20
Ridden Excercising $15
Arena Turnout or Lunging $5
Blanketing/Un-blanketing $5
Medicating/Worming $5
Holding for farrier or vet $10
Arena Usage Per Rider $7
Arena Rental Group of 10 or more $50/2 hours
Private Riding Lessons (own horse) $30/session
Private Riding lessons (use of lesson horse) $40/session
Equine Shiatsu Massage $75/session
Tack Consignment Fee 10% of sale
Horse Consignment Fee 20% of sale, board is over and above this fee due monthly, trainers are available to show your horse for you $25.00 per appointment.

All Breeds of Equines worked 5 days a week and includes daily grooming, picking of feet, tack, ect.
blanketing/unblanketing in fall/winter

Overnight Stalls available for travelers $20/night
RV Hook-up on grounds
