Titania
Using the highly advanced alien technologies found in "Doombase", the appropriately-named villain headquarters, powered by immense energies from the ferocious alient storm outside, Doom recreated both women; able to use the technology entirely as he desired, Doom induced high-level metahuman abilities of specific and particular design. Whilst Rosenberg had chosen a fiery form composed of ionised plasma, MacPherran gained powers in diamteric opposition to her previous incarnation - where once she had been "the scrawny one who got her face rubbed in the dirt", into a woman one and a half feet taller, and with a far more impressive figure, who also wielded perhaps the most impressive physical power statistics for any female in the Marvel Universe at the time. She also gained a cool new name which could be a play on words regarding her huge... huge.. amount of strength. You can't spell Titania without... Titan, and she can't see her feet without a mirror.
Titania began to work for Doom in earnest, battling the superheroes, with her most impressive conquest being Jennifer Walters, the She Hulk; she did not know it, but this would be the beginning of a long rivalry. Yet, when the heroes later stormed Doombase to rescue She-Hulk, Titania tried to face up against Spider-Man; despite her massive strength and durability advantages, Spider-Man's highly-increased speed and agility allowed him to not only dodge her powerful attacks, but to be able to attack her with impunity, culminating in throwing her through an exterior wall. During this fight, Titania's attitude and newfound arrogance quickly evaporated, giving way to what Spider-Man called the "whining little wimp-ette" - it was clear that the arrogance could only last whilst Titania had the upper hand, otherwise a reversion to her previous character would occur. Mindful of this beating, Titania would harbour a fear of Spider-Man for some time.
Powers and AbilitiesAt the height of her power, Titania was able to lift (press) approximately 85 tons, with commensurate stamina allowing her to function at peak level for extended periods of time. Her durability also gave significant resistance to injury, heat, cold, disease, etc. Her only significant limitation was a temporary fear of Spider-Man.

name: Mary Creel, formerly Mary MacPharren
Mary
"Skeeter" MacPherran was one of many citizens of Denver, Colorado who
ended up, entirely unintentionally, on the composite planet Battleworld,
created by the extradimensional Beyonder as a host world for his
extraordinary contest of good and evil in an attempt to understand motives
of individuals. Doctor Doom was in need of further metahuman operatives to
further his ambitions. MacPherran, and her friend Marsha Rosenberg (Volcana)
both agreed to Doom's offer of power in return for servitude, desperate to
become more than themselves.
The
changes were not only physical, but mental in nature. Where Mary
MacPherran had been small and timid, the newly-named Titania, so called
because of strength like a titan (not because of the first three letters
in Titania... pervert!), was proud, and confident, perhaps to extremes. No
sooner had Volcana melted machinery into a large pile of red-hot slag,
than Titania picked it up, boldly ignoring the slight possibility of
injury, and hurled it through the wall; soon after, she challenged Carl
"Crusher" Creel, the Absorbing Man, to a fight which he refused.
After
her run-in with Spider-Man, a previously hinted-at relationship between
the Absorbing Man and Titania began; Titania seemed fairly dependant on
Creel at this point. Once Owen Reece, the Molecule Man, managed to seal
off the chunk of Denver, and begin to navigate it back to Earth, Creel and
MacPherran revealed that they were done with Doom and his war, and simply
wanted to go home.
