A main attraction for a website is photos; however, your regular pictures may not always be website ready. The following services are offered to optimize your pictures for use on your website and also to conserve the amount of memory you take up on the server you choose. Photos supplied must be presented on a flash drive, CD, or DVD. Unfortunately, at this time Floppy Disks are not accepted. All prices are per photo.

Taking General Photos at my
Office I can set up your merchandise or items in a suitable environment where they will be optimally represented to show their quality and or features. I can also save and load all photos taken onto a CD which can be kept by customer for any future use and for use on a website. Also included will be any necessary alterations (i.e. cropping, lightening, darkening, etc) to obtain suitable image. Not included will be any special requests for altering photo, these requests will be subject to prices listed for photo alterations. Price is per photo, minimum of 10 photos to qualify for CD storage. |

Taking
General Photos & Videos at other Locations I am willing to travel to any location you request for taking photos or shooting video clips. (i.e.: taking photos of you at a family event, taking photos of something in your home, etc) This is subject to the following conditions:

Arrangements must be made at least 2 weeks in advance I am not a professional photographer, but I am confident that I can take quality photos. Since not all photos may be useable, price is not set based on number taken. If there are no usable photos taken, then the deposit will be refunded and all photos will be discarded. |

Personal Website Maintenance and Updates
Now you have the website, but you don't have time to maintain it and keep it updated with all your changes. I will offer my services for updating and maintaining your site for a fraction of what you would pay a staff or professional. I do not charge hourly fees, everything I do will be based on an individual fee.

Now let's say you have a site you already have up but you need some help either maintaining it or correcting some errors. The following services apply to EXISTING pages only, as I will have to determine how each page was set up before I can begin. These prices are also rated on a per visit basis.

Long-Term Maintenance and Error Correction This includes all the services mentioned above but it is an optional service you can request if you do not want to maintain the website at all. You will essentially be "hiring" me to do any and all maintenance for your website at a very minimal charge that is well below the cost of hiring someone to do this everyday. I will periodically scan and review the website for any mistakes, and also do any and all requested updates on a regular basis. This service is ideal for small businesses and home-run companies who do not have the time to do the updates themselves. This service is available even if the user has decided to do some maintenance or updates on their own. |

Adding Additional Pages Any additional pages added to the site must be within the same format as the rest of the site to maintain a clean appearance. This service includes only the cost to recreate a new page with the same format. |

For a limited time, I am now offering these packages which will include multiple services for one low cost with signed agreement.
This package will
include the one-time set up fee for the website, 3 months of long-term
maintenance and error correction and digital photo services for up to 25
pictures. Long-term maintenance and error correction will be provided even if
the user begins to maintain the site themselves, and the weekly fee will be
waived as it is included for the 3 months within the package (i.e.: 3 months at
$5 week = $60 regular value. 50% reduced for package = $30). Digital services
will include lightening/darkening image service, general cropping, red eye
removal, image resizing and image reformatting. These combined services are
normally a $40 value and can be used at any time during the life of your site.****

* Personal Sites are defined here as a website for personal use by an individual, family, or non-profit organization which does not solicit any services that can create revenue for any individual within the group.
** E-Commerce/Business sites are define here as a website which markets a specific product or solicits a specific service or event to customers in order to create revenue. These may include "buy it now" or "add to cart" buttons which must be integrated with a merchant site such as PayPal or similar so that customers can actually purchase items from this site. These sites require much more set up and maintenance, which substantiates the increased costs involved.
*** Personal domains are an optional service. These websites can be set up through free hosts and will not have any additional charges, but will not have a personal website address (i.e.: www.webhost.com/bobsmith instead of www.bobsmith.com). I am not responsible for providing a web server or a domain but can help research a suitable site for each customer free of charge. Any and all fees associated with setting up a domain or free site are to be paid by the customer.
**** These packages must be paid for in full up front, and do not include any fees that may be incurred by the user when setting up a domain or web-host. Should the buyer choose not to utilize all services fully there will be no refunds of any portion of the amount paid. Digital Photo Services are qualified for any photos up to the 25 limit for the entire lifetime of your website, even if prices change in the future. If the user chooses not to have any maintenance or error corrections made during the full 3 month period from the date of website creation, the time may be extended for an additional 3 months. If even one update or correction is made during the 3 month time frame there will be no extensions if the user does not have any additional changes made within the remaining 3 month period.
Please note: I am an individual who has had many years experience in designing these types of websites, and is offering their services to the general public. I do not guarantee that any work I do will increase the amount of customers or web-traffic your website may experience. My services are for the initial designing of a website only, and are in no way a guarantee of service attracted to your site. Any problems or disputes with the chosen web-host or domain are not my responsibility and must be handled through the appropriate parties. If a website has reached full completion and has been posted and functional there will be free error checks and maintenance for the first two weeks. Any additional pages will be subject to additional charges as listed above. The customer has a two week grace period in which they can report any mistakes, dislikes, or unsatisfactory portions of the website and changes can be made free of charge. The website may also be entirely canceled during this grace period, however 50% of the total cost of services already provided will not be refunded. Any requests for cancellations after the grace period will not result in any portion of a refund, however a new site may be created for 50% of the actual cost for the original. I do not provide or maintain any websites that include Flash, Java, Adobe Systems, or Databases as these provide many more complications in maintaining a simple site.
