Rules
1.) NO characters from outside of the Naruto series
2.) NO god-modding
3.) NO flaming other members/staff
4.) Play fair at all times, if you are in a situation and you are gonna get hit and have no way out of it (Remember you do have substitution jutsu whether you said you did or not) then you must be hit. Otherwise that is all.
5.) You may kill other characters, but you have to get either their permission or a staffs permission. Also even if you are dead, you can come back to life, there are resurrection circles outside of each village (I have made this up) and you have to offer something to it so that the person can be revived. You can also offer something to the circle just before you enter what may be your final battle to get an extra "life" so that when you die you wake in the village at your home.
6.) Have fun, there will be more rules if I ever think them up
Information
You automatically get substitution jutsu and basic taijutsus. Your character starts as a academy student in which ever village you are in. Staff members will be teachers and if there isn't a teacher, the NPC (controlled by all staff) will take care of you. There will be missions and they will help you to level up to a higher rank or ninja. Once your character has 50 posts total and 8 completed academy tasks then you may be able to take the finals to become a genin. And then once you have 100 posts total and 10 completed D-ranked missions and 2 completed simple C-ranked missions you may take the 3 exams to become a chunin. (I am using the same chunin exam as the series) There must be at least 12 genin, you included, for you to take this exam. You must have 150 total posts and 1 D-ranked mission (added to your others) and 7 C-Ranked missions (Added to your others) and 4 B-ranked missions along with a recommendation from the Kage to become a Special Jonin. You must have 200 total posts and 8 B-ranked missions and 2 A-Ranked missions completed along with a search and rescue (Rescue hostages from rouge ninjas) or recovery of a missing-nin (capture and bring back to the village for reinstatement and interrogation) to become a jonin. You must have 250 total posts and 7 A-ranked missions and a recommendation from a kage and other 5 other jonins to become a Anbu or Proctor (your choice). Once you have reached the highest point possible you can challenge the Kage for his position. Now have fun.
