3.) Water Spirit Jutsu- Creates a Water spirit that can attack on its own and has it's own mind. The only one that CAN control it is the user. Disappears after 1 minute.
History: The elite jonin of the Hidden Village of Mist. He grew up in the presence of other great jonin. His parents, Masakaru Akimoto and Eremon Akimoto were also great jonin. Unfortunately, his father Eremon, was killed in a raid by the Hidden Village of Rock's rouge ninja, Tarashuma Questamuz. Now he is out for revenge on this rouge.
