2.)Water Clone Jutsu- Creates a water clone that looks exactly like the user. When struck, it will fall apart in a puddle of water. Multiple clones can be created.
Kamui Below Zero (Kekkei-Genkai History: Makoto's family was born with a very special bloodline. They were able to have the mastery over cold. They could harness coldness into an ice ball and freeze their opponent for a moment and perform other kinds of jutsus like make ice trails to slide on and shoot small ice balls that exploded upon impact.)
