Just fill out the form and click submit. All fields are required. Use this to create a custom character or use an original character. If you are not a staff member (which you can be if you have experience) then you can't choose any character with a rank of Special jonin or higher, you may choose a rouge or missing-nin character if you are a member. If there is a character I did not mention then you can be him/her, just make sure the rank is of the same level you are allowed at. I suggest creating your own character and when you have that character at a higher rank than members usually get (members can choose characters of Academy student to chunin level) then you can choose characters of that rank. (ie. if your character is now a jonin level character, you can choose orig. characters that are jonin, and so on)

For Ninja, no higher than Chunin unless otherwise told. For mage, no higher than 3rd ranked unless otherwise told.

Clothing:
Shirts-Fish net shirt or wraps on the torso (Sleeves or wraps may extend to the shoulder elbow or wrist)
Pants-baggy shorts or short skirt (any color with or without wraps as leggings)
You automatically get a shuriken holster and a scroll pack, make sure you add that too. Also if you are a jonin (staff only) you get a military green jonin vest with scroll and medical pockets.
You may buy more once you are in the game.Original characters have their own clothing, make sure you put those. If you are a mage you get everyday clothes under a cloak of your choice in color.

Weapon:
You can have all three (Kunai, shuriken, and windmill shurikens) but you may also just choose between certain ones. Also you can choose to have a katana or neck cleaver if it is your wish. Remember if you didn't choose certain ones you can buy them from the shop later. If you are a mage, you can have a magic gun, wand, or magic staff. Also you can have any combo of those, unless you want them all. You start with 1500 ryo.

Clan:
Must be made up unless you choose a original character.Does not comply with mages

Village:
Choose between the existing villages from the series. If they are a mage, you can choose anywhere, if you are an original character from Negima, please choose leaf village

Abilities: You can have two abilites. ONLY for mages.

Elements:
Only for mages.
Wind
Lightning
Light
Ice
Dark
Fire
Water
You may only choose three of those.

Jutsu(s) or spells: You automatically get substitution jutsu and you can make two more. If you choose a orig. character you can choose two of their moves. Kekkei genkais give the character the ability to hold more than two moves. Remember you can get more jutsus as you go. If you are a mage, you get 2 spells of your choosing, if you are an original character from negima that is a mage, you get all their spells.
