BEST FRIENDS STATEMENTS AND TESTIMONY DIFFERENCES

THIS WITNESS GAVE 2 DIFFERENT STATEMENTS AND IN THE FIRST STATEMENT SAID IT WAS ALL HEAR SAY, ALLEGED VICTIM TOLD HIM.....STATEMENT OF BEST FRIEND: Said one incident happended in the car and one in the house. Did not add Lake Jack Nolan to story until 2nd statement after talking to prosecutor. Said he called ALLEGED victim's phone and he didn't answer so he went over to house. He parked next to a MAROON colored SUV in the driveway and went to SIDE door that was wide open and knocked. No one answered so he went in calling out name and proceeded 1/4 way up stairs when he heard moaning noises so he left. He
ASSUMED it was defendent because he knew her vehicle and had rode in it before, leather interior.
TESTIMONY OF BEST FRIEND: This part was unchanged and was repeatedly asked about seeing anyone or hearing voices he recognized and with a no answer, but he was VERY CLEAR ON COLOR OF VEHICLE.
THE PROBLEM:
THE DEFENDENT HAS NEVER OWNED A MAROON SUV VEHICLE. IT WAS LIGHT GREEN!!
SO WHO WAS IN THE HOUSE???NOT THE DEFENDENT!

STATEMENT of ALLEGED Victim: Said he only had after school tutoring, not before school.
TESTIMONY: Two different teachers testified under oath that on 2-3 occasions they seen them BEFORE school tutoring.
WHOSE LYING? OR WERE THEY JUST CONFUSSED/MISTAKEN?STATEMENT of ALLEGED Victim: Said 2 different incidents took place in his home.
Then changed statement to say once at home and once in car.
TESTIMONY: Specified on the stand that he still was not sure which took place first but once was at home and once at Lake Jack Nolan.
HOW COME THE PLACES CHANGED AND THEN A NEW LOCATION WAS SPECIFIED?STATEMENT of ALLEGED Victim: Said Defendent took him to the Church afterwords car incident and he just hung out.
TESTIMONY of ALLEGED Victim: Said Defendent took him to Best Friends house afterwords and dropped him off.
AGAIN WHICH STORY IS TRUE?STATEMENT of ALLEGED Victim: Said she flushed a condom down the toilet.
TESTIMONY of ALLEGED Victim: Said they never used a condom.
