SPEED_RENT CHALLENGES

***Unless otherwise noted, NO ORIGINAL MAIN CHARACTERS AND NO CROSSOVERS.
***Unless otherwise noted, your fic may take place pre-RENT, during RENT, or post-RENT.
CHALLENGE #26
-Your challenge is to write a fic using based on this picture. The catch is, your story must have nothing to do with what was really happening in the picture. It must be original.
-You must write for the characters in the picture and any other RENT characters.

-Your challenge is to write a fic based on Mark/Joanne. It can be either romantic or friendship (or hate fic if you so desire:)).

-Your challenge is to write a fic about Mark and his camera. It could be anything. Mark gets his camera, Mark makes a movie, etc. Anything Mark and camera.

-Your challenge is to write a fic where you you rewrite a fairy tale. You ay use any RENT characters, simply place them in the role of the fairy tale character. For example, Mimi as Cinderella.
-You must retell your chosen fairy tale, putting the RENT characters in all the roles.

-Your challenge is to write a RENT fic built off a lyric from any song from the show/movie.
~For example:
a) You write the lyric:
In truths that she learned, or in times that he cried.
In bridges he burned, or the way that she died.
b) You build your fic on the lyric you have chosen.
NOTE: This is NOT a song fic. You are not to use the entire song, just the small section/lyric.
-You may write for any RENT characters.
CHALLENGE #45
-Your challenge is to write a RENT fic showing how either Collins, Angel, Roger or Mimi got sick. How did the get AIDS? How did they find out? Etc.
-This fic will most likely be pre-RENT, but may be during RENT or post-RENT (if looked at through flashbacks).
-You must focus on your chosen character but others may appear in your fic. ORIGINAL CHARACTERS ARE OK FOR THIS FIC! Just don't over do it. :)

-Your challenge is to write a RENT fic revolving around the saying 'No good deed goes unpunished.'

-Your challenge is to write a RENT fic about suicide. This fic however may NOT be about April's suicide.
