Italian cuisine is one of the most refined and varied in Europe, from the piquant flavours of Naples and Calabria, the pesto dishes of Liguria to the cheese and risotto dishes of the Italian Alps.

As you drive or decide to walk along the streets of italy, in every corner you will see markets and markets of fresh fruit, many a variety of cheese, olives, breads. Also too, if you prefer to shop for clothes purses shoes.. there are many great stores and fashions. The whole community is friendly, always smiling greeting each other with a smile, handshake, and saying buon giorno ( goodmorning). Going towards South of Italy, Calabria, is well known for its many great olives. In the fall when the olives are riped, the olives are collected and prepared to make olive oil which is later distributed all over the world. Italy is well known for its many pastas, sauce, wine, cheese, breads, and yes pastries. There are many cafes in each town of italy, many piazzas where all young and old hang out have a laugh and have many wonderful conversations with tourists. Click on each image.
