Welcome to Circle Drive Manor Assisted Living, LLC
We are located just outside of West Concord in a quiet country setting where you can watch the farmers in the fields, enjoy our outdoor patios on a warm day or get your hands dirty in our raised vegetable gardens. Inside we have a warm inviting family room for our family potlucks, your special gatherings or just a spot by the fireplace.
Our goal is to provide a home for your loved ones, that goes above and beyond to fulfill their needs, while encouraging their independence as well.
We have been family owned and operated since 1989 and are a small facility of just 10 apartments, which helps us maintain a comfortable family home feel for our residents. It lets us to connect with our residents on a more personal level and allows them to become a part of our family.
You can participate in our daily activites which include outings once a week, devotions on Wednesdays, music on Fridays and games/activites the other days.
Home cooked meals are provided three times a day, as well as an afternoon snack and coffee. On your birthday we provide a meal of your choice for you and all our residents.
