CHRISTMAS DAY 2007 (Location: Dave & Yvonne's house in Lucan)
This past Christmas was rather unique. It saw the return of several things in terms of traditions and family members. For the first time in many years we gathered as a family in Dave and Yvonne's basement (until recently the space was virtually unused). It also was the first time in many years that my sisters (Stacey and Courtney) accompanied me to Lucan. The dinner and festivities after were wonderful and the photos below show some of the highlights!

Left: The bar in the basement is the stuff of legend. Originally built in the 70's it was the focal point of some very wild parties. The bar saw further use during the first few Christmas' and during the first few New Years celebrations following my arrival in Canada (1989-1994). The bar has been cleaned up and repainted.

I was given a customized Sheraton Hotels Monopoly game from work for Christmas. We spent almost 3.5 hours of intense competition playing. In the end Charlie and Stacey fought it out before Stacey finally conceeded defeat to Charlie... Dave and Terry had to go bankrupt before me ;-)
