BRIGHTWING DRUM CIRCLE - Home Page

Our sound will be improving a great deal , as we participate in workshops and acquire more instruments. We plan on including Celtic harp, Native American flute, pennywhistle, Bodhran, and homemade instruments on future recordings.

Influences include Glen Velez, Russell Buddy Helm, Afro Celt Sound System, Planet Drum and Mickey Hart. World Music Drums, and the New Age classic, "Journey of the Drums" by Prem Das, Muruga, and Shakti, featuring the Water Drum, and the Nada drum. Grateful Dead "Drums" from various live recordings.
