1) Contact churches for collections, companies, friends, family or anyone you feel will have a caring heart and want to help these children.
2) Become an advocate by helping to raise money for the families within your community who have children with special needs by offering services to people or places. For example, cooking meals, mowing lawns, cleaning, babysitting or whatever you do best. Your name would be listed on here as a sponsor!
3) Refer a child or tell other families or schools to send in information for our Child of the Month where they can receive money for something they need or wish for.
4) Start a fundraiser (our store products can be used as a fundraiser as well), to help either the Child of the Month or to help us get a building started for children with special needs to have a place to go to.
5) Be creative! We appreciate all and any help! We need to make the world more aware of how much help our "special" children need! Some ideas are:
- Have a bake sale
- Have a garage sale
- Have a silent auction
- Ask businesses to display brochures and/or see if they will allow a collection canister at their location.
