Develop chemical, and biological wastewater discharge permits for municipal and industrial facilities. Evaluate engineering reports, plans and specifications for the water treatment facilities. Provide technical assistance and support to municipalities and industrial facilities regarding regulations regarding wastewater treatment technologies and discharges, multi-media, and pollution prevention.

Member of the Dredged Material Managment Team responsible for Contaminant Identification and Trackdown Program. Lead the Regional team in the monitoring ambient water, tributaries water, and point source and wastewater contaminants trackdown.

Coordinated the Regional Water Inventory/Priority Waterbody List (WI/PWL) Program to evaluate the state's support designated uses of open waters. Coordinated public government agencies comments to be incorporated into the PWL Basin Report.

Performed diagnostic inspections at municipal, private, commercial and industrial (PCI) wastewater treatment facilities. Prepared reports and provide technical assistance to legal staff for enforcement activities. Reviewed facility designs reports, plans and specifications. Provided technical assistance to wastewater treatment facilities for process improvement. Performed field investigations of illegal wastewater discharges, recommended corrective actions for compliance with the Water Quality Standards. Reviewed and processed permits for issuance and modifications.
