1. What is Ashfault’s Classic Movies?
Ashfault’s Classic Movies (ACM) is a place dedicated to the love of classic movies. We have over 30,000 titles in our catalog. Everything from early silents to 70s cult films, we have it, and if we don’t we’ll try to get it.

2. Is there any packaging or artwork with your titles?
Yes. We create artwork for all the movies we offer.

3. Why don’t you have ...?
We only offer classic movies (pre 1980) that have not been commercially released or have not been released on DVD. We occasionally offer movies made later than 1980, when the film is relevant to other classic movies (such as biographical movies and/or remakes), and we have a number of documentary films focusing on stars, directors and studios. We do not sell commercially released DVDs at this time. You can use IMDB.com to determine if a movie has been released on DVD or not. However, if you don’t find what you’re looking for please contact us and we’ll try to find the movie for you.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.

5. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of titles ordered. You can preview shipping costs when you add items to the shopping cart.

6. Will your discs play in my DVD player?
These DVDs will play in virtually all newer region 1 and region free DVD players.

7. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given for defective discs returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not give refunds for incompatibility and/or because a customer doesn't like the movie. You can exchange a defective disc for a title of equal or lesser value or you can get store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. Please contact us prior to returning a movie.

8. How long will it take to ship my titles?
In-stock items ship within 2 weeks. If any of your titles are out of stock we will notify you.

9. How is the quality of your movies?
Most of our prints are very good, but some are poor. We offer the best prints available. If you have questions about specific titles please contact us.

10. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. Please contact us and let us know which titles you’re interested in. Discounts are largely dependent on the availability of the movies.

12. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders. Credit card and money orders are processed immediately, but checks are held 2 weeks to clear the bank. We do NOT accept Paypal!

13. Is your website secure?
Our shopping cart and payment processing is secured by Card Service Intl. and LinkPoint. This ensures that all information you send to us will be encrypted.
