Hint #1:  Exercise

I'm sure that many of you already have plenty of experience with
exercising, if so, great!

If not, then please continue reading...

Educating yourself is the most important part of exercise. Let me say that
again, exercise requires education. My recommendation is for you to buy
any magazines and books on fitness that apply to areas of your body that
you think could use the most work. From what you learn, you will be able
to start your basic workout.

There is another approach you may find helpful. If you simply go to the
exercise link of the AMT website, you can go ahead and use my preferred
method, which is definitely proven to work on everything, quickly!

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
us at

Hint #2:  Nutrition

As you probably already know, nutrition is very important if you wish to
have a successful career in the entertainment industry. Many people do
not understand the first thing about nutrition, yet it is the most important
part of physical fitness.

If you do not follow any nutritional guidelines whatsoever, you will be
exercising with very little results, if any.

Please check out the nutrition page of the AMT website for more
information, and again, if you have any questions about this topic, please
do not hesitate to ask, that is what I am here for.
Hint #3:  Skin Care

If you have a problem with acne, it can be difficult to get many modeling
opportunities, until it is taken care of. There are some tricks that we can
use to work with models who have a minimal amount of blemishes or
other skin issues.

It is vital that you see a dermatologist to take care of your skin. Please do
not waste your time purchasing products over the counter, they rarely
work, and in some cases, they will make your problems worse. A lot of
people don't realize that you can get most issues cleared up within a two
week period using a prescription.

I have provided a few helpful tips regarding skin care on the site for your
information, check it out!
Hint #4:  Confidence and Personality

Often times, one's personality can make them appear different to others.
Half of modeling is confidence, remember that! Thinking highly of yourself
and believing that you have what it takes is most important.

In most cases, you will be picked apart or broken down. How you react to
this is the key. Many agencies, managers, or scouts will tell you bluntly
that you need to "lose some weight," "get in shape," or maybe "clear up
your skin." If you want to make it, you just have to take what they
recommend with a grain of salt. Nine times out of ten, they know what
they are talking about, and it is in your best interest to take their advice.
Please do not be offended if this happens to you.

When you meet a person who is confident, not arrogant, but sure of
themselves in a healthy manner, you are immediately drawn to them.
This is called being "irresistibly attractive," it's a skill that can definitely be
learned, you just need to be a willing student.

Sales skills are necessary, you are the product, and we're going to sell it!
Hint #5:  Say Cheese!

Practice makes perfect, ever heard that one? It's true you know! Taking
photographs of yourself is a great way to make yourself more comfortable
in front of the camera. This will also help you to gain an informed edge on
your best poses, angles and sides.

If you would like to send any pictures that you take of yourself to my
e-mail address,
all_male_talent@yahoo.com, I would be more than happy
to critique your style.

Happy Clicking!
Hint #6:  Runway Walking

So you think walking is simple? Everyone has their own technique, it's
something that just comes to you once you begin modeling. The more you
know beforehand the better off you will be. Get your walk down to an art!

See the runway page that I have created for more information!
