RF Feedback in FoxBox

Under certain circumstances RF energy can get into the FoxBox via the audio/push-to-talk lines. This results in the transmitter not shutting off at the end of the one minute on period. This often happens if the antenna is close to the FoxBox and/or the audio/push-to-talk lines.

A quick solution is to wrap one turn of the audio/push-to-talk line around a Ferrite Data-Line Filter. These are available from Radio Shack as part number 273-105.

An internal solution will be explored in the future.
