It is not necessary to have experience in every category below, however, if you are chosen you will be placed according to the information you submit below or in person, so be sure to be honest.

APPLICANTS BASIC REQUIERMENTS
1) Applicants regardless of age, experience and/or know how should be open to learning the ways of the company and it's protocol.
2) Applicants must have valid driver's license
3) Applicants must have reliable transportation
4) Experienced personnel must have 10+ years exp, own tools and able to work with little to no supervision
5) Applicants must be physically sound enough to work construction
6) Applicants must be drug free
7) All Applicants must be ready and willing to work
COMPENSATION RATES
LABORER: Starting at $8.00 per hour - Little or no experience needed
CARPENTER'S HELPER: Starting at $10.00 per hour - Required 1 year exp
CARPENTER: Starting at $12.50 per hour - Required 5 yrs & up
LEAD CARPENTER: Starting at $13.00 to $15.00 per hour - Required 8 yrs & up + 2 years as Lead Carpenter
