
Lloyd´s Register of Shipping
The Lloyd's Register of Shipping headquarters is one of a trio of Richard Rogers buildings in the City of London, beginning with The Lloyds Building in 1986 and leading in 1998 to 88 Wood Street. - The building was given a merit award for its use of concrete by the Concrete Society. - Lloyd's Register of Shipping was a RIBA award winner 2002. - The original elements of the building are Grade II* listed. - The Lloyd's Register is an adjunct to an earlier building by Thomas Edward Collcutt, built 1901 and much of the original decor and architectural features remain.
