He firmly believes that for a church to be effective in the 21st century it must be thoroughly equipped with adequately trained and efficient members. A church must have a developed and comprehensive Christian Education ministry focusing on children, young adults, middle age adults, senior adults, singles, couples, widowed and divorced people to arrive at oneness. The curriculum must have a starting point and an ending point so the growth and development can be measured for each individual. Included in this curriculum must be continuous gifts assessments in an effort to place people in the areas of their gifting. Pastor Brown is a strong believer in the community as a demonstrated by his vast service.
