The 905 Rulebook
The following rules will be implemented at the next 905 Madden tournament
* Entrance fee of $10 will be required to compete in the league (options of paying full amount, or paying $5 on draft night and $5 at a later date are available)
* A total of 8 teams (4 AFC and 4 NFC - divison teams are randomly divided) will compete against one another in a randomized pre-determined schedual
* Each team will play every team in their division twice; plus face one team (randomly picked) in the other division on one occasion - meaning every team will play a total of 7 season games
* At the end of the season, the top 3 teams in each division qualify for the playoffs. Each division champion gets a bye in round 1, while the #2 and #3 team play each other in their respective divions
* If a stiuation where there is a tie between 2 or more teams' overall records were to occur, the tie-breaker would be determined by a team's "Pts-Against" stat
* The first and second round of the playoffs will be determined in a best of 3 series; while the final championship round will be a best of 5 series
* Prizes/Payoff - champion:$60, second place:$10, season division champ:$5 (max. amount of earnings one can earn is $65 while least amount is $5
* Draft date will be determined, all players will be up for grabs; draft order will be determined on draft night...chip in money for pizza or starve
* Games will use 4 minute quarters
* During the first half of every game, a drive that leads to anything more than a 4th and 1 will result in a punt
* Injuries and "Call Challenge" features will be on; vision cone has been voted ON
* Two point conversions are prohibited unless you are in the second half and are down by more than two TDs or if it is the fourth quarter
* Players who drop out in the middle of the season will have the remainder of their games forced to have an outcome of 1-0 - (the player who drops out gets the loss and the opposing player recieves a 0 for their "Pts-Against" stat
* Stats are to be recorded after each game so if you're playing next, show some damn patience
