Rachel Blasingame Memorial Scholarship Application Form

This scholarship fund has been established to honor the memory of Rachel Blasingame, an outstanding Mesquite High School student, who was tragically killed in a car accident. Scholarship money will be awarded to qualified high school seniors who desire to attend Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, the college that Rachel planned on attending. Scholarship awards are based primarily on financial need as determined by ACU. Not all applicants will receive a scholarship.

You must also submit three letters of recommendation: one from a teacher, one from a church leader and the third one from another teacher, church leader, community leader or an employer.
