Right now we are at the point where we are ready to get this clan off the ground. 
For the past couple weeks, the dedicated members (being Nin and Den) have been
scrimming and such. Right now, as the roster stands we have:

Current: k0nartist (dedicated), Esoteric (dedicated), Kakky (currently pubs but has
not spoken with us as of late), Nitro (not started yet)

We are going to need plenty more. I have been thinking the last few days on how to
resolve this roster issue, and this is what I have come up with as being the best solution:

Hopeful: k0nartist (east coast), Esoteric (brit), Kakky (east coast), Nitro (east coast),
Panic (west coast), Another Recruit possibly a friend of Panic (west coast), Sergio
(brit), and another eastern recruit (east coast)

This leaves us with a clan of 8 people (2 western, 4 eastern, 2 brit), defintely enough to be
able to balance out a lineup. But the main cause of this spread, is with this type, we are
able to solve the problem of time zones. Brits will obviously not be able to play with
westerns, unless you want to stay up until 3 in the morning. But by this, for each match
we could use something like 3 easts, and 2 brits, or 4 and 1, and vice versa with the west
coast. This also gives each coast someone else that they can 2v2 scrim with, or 4v4 in the
case of the east coast. Everyone will be able to get their fair share of playing time, and I
believe that this way it will also help us win more matches. If let’s say Panic’s friend turns
out to be an awp guru, and we have match on aztec, we might use him for his valuable
aim, and likewise.

Now, here is a list of what we are going to need:
- 2 eastern servers: 1 as a pub that gives us a place to practice when we have a chance,
and another 1 that is private that we can use for scrims and league matches.
- New Brit Connections: Because you guys live far away, dial up will just be too shitty to
work effectively. You need a god connection. Ninnay is already informed me that come
september he is upgrading his connection, so basically this is directed towards you Serg. 
On the other hand, it would be nice for everyone to get better connections, including east
and west coast, but they will be able to get away with not getting it.
- Dedication: Without dedication, this will not work or be fun likewise.

Time Frame
I am hoping to have this all done by the end of this year. We will take the time to get to
know each other’s styles, get the people recruited and build up the confidence and skill
level of the ones who don’t have it yet, and get a lot of time to scrim together. After that
I think we will get into a league and see where this goes.
