This is the Chestnut-headed Bee-eater (Merops leschenaulti). Size 23 cm
(9 inches). Chestnut crown, upper back and nape. Throat yellow, chestnut
and blackish gorget. Wings green and rump pale blue.

It is found in open country and plantations and these birds like to
travel in small parties and catches bees and dragonflies in the air from
electric wire and TV antenna perches.
