Welcome to Writer's Bloc, an organization that is all-welcoming, extremely friendly, and here to encourage writing in all capacities.
Writer's Bloc of Washington County will meet Jan. 10th and 24th at 4pm. We meet in the downstairs of the Salem Public Library, usually in Activity Room A.
During meetings we read bits of our work to the group, and the group gives encouraging and honest critique. You do not have to have something to read to come to the meetings. Many members do not, and often gain inspiration for a work from the dialogue. We have many published writers in our group, as well as former English and Literature teachers to help with grammar and syntax
