As a Libertarian, I feel that there are better solutions to everyday problems than to have government impose more laws and to throw more money at a perceived remedy. Seeing first hand how government regulations are eroding our rights in the health care system has compelled me into action. Although I am not a politician, I could offer a new perspective on problems affecting all of our lives.

Another factor in my decision to run for public office was when I discovered that Mr. Battisto would be running unopposed in November's election. To my way of thinking, it is "un-American" to have a lone candidate. Our State's well-being depends on the choices we make. Libertarians would like you not to ask what your country can do for you, but what you can do for yourself and others if the government steps out of the way.
