Franklin C. Torres

Franklin currently lives in Herndon, Virginia which is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, about a half hour drive from the White House White House He is an English Instructor and also the Women's Soccer Coach at Gallaudet University. He is a native of Lima, Perú. Franklin grew up and attended a school. The school's name is "La Inmaculada" in Barranco. He began high school in 1988 in America at St. Rita's School for the Deaf althought He graduated from Model Secondary School for the Deaf in 1993. He completed his BA and MA degrees at Gallaudet University.
