 Internal Affairs
The Office of Internal Affairs will be involved in many aspects of business in the Crystal Realms Forum. Mainly they will deal with investigating allegations of wrong doing in relation to the CR charter bylaws, but not limited to:
GC's or SiC's who have had complaints lodged against them.
Forum employees (Ministers, Wardens, Officials, HC, EHC, etc.) who have had a complaint lodged against them.
Complaints lodged against any forum Citizen including slaves.
In the case of slaves, their Master or Mistress will be held accountable.
Any Forum member who has proof of wrong doing may file a complaint. A formal complaint requires the completion of an Internal Affairs Complaint Form. Once completed, it has to be filed with the MoIA. The MoIA will forward the complaint if need be to both the HC and the EHC.
Coronary Affairs
All DM memory orbs (logs) are to be sent to the Ministerial Coroner for verification. Once a DM has been verified as valid, the victor will be awarded in accordance with the charter's bylaws. However, if the DM is found to be invalid, the loser gets an automatic rezz (no priest and healer needed).
The loser of the DM will be notified of their status. The loser must follow the terms of the DM if was validated. If a rezz was granted, the deceased has 72 mun hours to be rezzed and healed. If no rezz has been granted, the deceased has 72 mun hours to draw out a Legal Will and forward it to the Ministerial Coroner who will execute it. All ReM and Rezz logs must be forwarded to the MC as well.
The MC keeps track of the status of those who have been Assassinated and have died through validated Death Matches.
Any individuals found to be using illegal means to weight the end result of an Assassination Attempt or Death Match in their favor will face:
Possible Expulsion from the CR Forum
Suspension from all CR Forum Activities including payments
If an Assassin, the suspension of their license or loss of their license for life within the CR
The AA or DM will be invalidated with the victim/losser getting an AR (Automatic Rezz) with nae priest or healer needed.
(This of course assumes the cheater was the winner. If the loser was the cheater, chalk it to life's bitter ironies. If it was a rezzable DM in that case, you don't get the Rezz, but can have a Will. A non-rezz DM lost depsite cheating loses not only life, but rights to a Will as well. If you've cheated, what you'd had is now gone.)
