November 27, 2007--We had an amazing day yesterday with our friends Devin and Maki. They brought us to Aso, about 2 hours from our apartment. We enjoyed getting out of the city and seeing the mountains! From there we drove to Kikuchi Glen, an hour from Aso, and enjoyed a hike amongst waterfalls and forest. Finally we went to a private onsen (hot spring) for soaking and relaxing.
