I've
learned many lessons as I have traveled
thus far thru life.

I've
learned that if I stumble,
its only for awhile, cause sooner
or later I'll be
sure footed again.

I've
learned that laundry will wait while
I play with my grandchildren,
while they're still young.

I've
learned that a smile can
make a persons day.

I've
learned that if I'm sick,
I'll get better sooner or later.
I've learned that shedding a tear
doesn't make me weak.

I've
learned not to take life
for granted, for no one is
promised tomorrow.

I've
learned that pain last
only for awhile.

I've
learned that if someone hurts your feelings,
its because they are hurting
inside themselves.

I've
learned that if at times someone
you know, is yelling and screaming,
they just need to blow off steam, and you should
know that they trust you enough to confide
in you, so much so that it allows them
to blow off that steam.
I've learned that a good old fashion hug
can chase away the blues.

I've
learned that making mountains out
of molehills, only leaves
me frustrated.

I've
learned that when mountains come, I can
either decide to climb them or sit at
the bottom and fret.

I've
learned that when I give,
the reward is that it makes my
heart sing and my face smile.

I've
learned that words can
and do hurt.

I've
learned to be silent when
others need to be comforted.

I've
learned to always have a
song in my heart, instead of
constant sorrow.

I've
learned to always have Faith,
for prayer can't work with out it.

I've learned that it's ok not to be
perfect, because I never will be.

But the one
most important thing I have
learned is that trusting Jesus Christ is
easier with each passing day.

Now these
things I've learned may not
seem like much, but I do know that all
these things are merely Lessons that
I have learned thus far.

Although
these Lessons may be simple,
I'm sure there will be many more Lessons
that I will learn.

Many of
these Lessons will be by trial
and error, mistakes, but no matter
how these Lessons are learned, I'll
thank Jesus for caring enough to
teach them to me.
