Whoever said

Weight loss was easy

It makes me crazy 

It makes me queasy

Whether I eat

Or whether I don't

Touch cakes and candies

Oh no I won't

But as I get older

It all starts to sag

Stand I say to my breasts

As with my belly they play tag

But if you see someone

Who's trying to lose weight

Don't be nasty

For that's what they hate

Be so supportive

Not I lost more than you

That's not what the other

Wants to hear ,even if it's true

Weight loss is not easy

But try as a team

Then together you'll lose

And your smile will beam

Remember the words

Like sunburns that peel

Words out of your mouth

Can affect how others feel

So with this all said

I'll work harder and wait

The results will come forth

I'll  just have to wait
