A Day like no other day

How can I feel this way ?

Bittersweet is this day

Are there any words to say ?

Joy  and deep despair

Seem to draw me near ...

And the  pain is so very clear

It made it's home right here.

Did You choose the day

 that you had to go ?

Did You realize the pain 

for those who love you so ?

Did You think of

the memory You leave behind ?

 On this special Day of days

That You said goodbye.

Day of  My Daughters Birth

Day that You left this earth...

Bittersweet  is this endless hurt

Broken  yesterday with no  worth.
