Mom
was a Loving, Christian Mother.
No matter what We did, She kept nothing,
And
I mean NOTHING, from Dad!
We would celebrate Mother's Day,
going on Family
picnics
with Dad's side of the Family.
Although some Mother's Day's were
chilly,
We all had a Wonderful
Time!
This is a poem that Dad wrote
about Mom
for
"Mother's Day",
and this is the way
We all felt about
Her!
We
Love You, Mom!
Happy
Mother's Day!!
Mother's Day Dinner
Mother's
Day dinner, with things all so nice,
The
children all there, with love in their eyes.
Love
for the Mother, that they all adore,
And
pretty new gifts, brought from the store.
Love
for the Mother, I'm proud is my wife,
The
Mother who willingly gave them their life.
The
Mother who sacrificed, when things were bad,
The
Mother who gently caressed, were they sad.
The
Mother who tucked them in bed with a prayer,
The
Mother whom they knew, would always be there.
The
Mother, who if in her footsteps they trod,
Would
make them love children, and be true to God.

Happy
Mother's Day to All Mothers!!
M
- O - T - H - E - R
"M"
is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
A word that means the world to me.
