Valentine's Day is coming this way
I have no date it is needless to say

There will be no candy or presents for me
Oh, why can't anyone see

I'll stay home all alone
Not a single call on the telephone

I know you will be taking her out"
it should have been me" I pout

But what can I do when i want you?
Then the doorbell rings
I look out the window and my tummy stings
Could it be, you have come for me?

Then I open my eyes what a surprise
Mom says, 'wake up honey, time for work'

I was only dreaming, I am oh such a fool
To think it could have been you
No Valentine for me, boo hoo!!!
