A cowgirl's love is forever and a day

Strong and true could never be taken away

Every cowboy's dream is to win this love

The love of a cowgirl is sent from heaven above

Last night you told her you could never hold her,

As the tears fell on her cheek she knew she could be week

For the love of this man she could be so meek

You are in her dreams his thoughts her sights,

Who knows what will be if she fights.

Her heart is worn and broke in two,

She knows how she feels when he touches her

She is in a whirl wind, a tornado,

Oh lord take the pain away

In time he will know just how much he was adored.
