The Lord has given so much to us,

What can we give in return?

So many good things we have received

Which we could never earn:

Loving forgiveness,

Mercy and grace,

Someone to love,

A sweet, smiling face,

Comfort and food,

Family and friends,

Freedom and joy,

Love which never ends.

In showing our gratitude to God

For the wonderful gifts He imparts

We can offer the gift of our love and praise

And humble, thankful hearts.
