I pray to God who loves me
At night I see His light
I am at peace, always
For I have seen His angels
Falling as the stars
That are so very bright
I feel the Holy Spirit
Peace is in my heart
Jesus is my shelter
I walk within His garden
My soul has taken flight
For I have seen His angels
Singing in the night
I hold my hand out to be kept
In the paradise of life
Of treasure more than gold
For my God keeps me in His light
My life within His hands He holds
For I have seen His angels
Like a lost lamb, He can make me whole
It was written in the heart of God
So very long ago
That my heart be filled with love
Whispered in the breeze
For I have seen His angels
And they will help me in my need
