Welcome to the Nursing Program at Bucks

Many of you can find your way around the website and College Catalog regarding the processes on becoming a Nursing major and applying for clinicals. However, often times, we see many nursing students in our office who still have questions. The Office of Admissions would like to offer this site as yet another resource to help guide you in the process.

IMPORTANT STEPS TO COVER

In order to be accepted into the Nursing major, you need to submit a final, official copy of your high school transcript. This document must be sent directly to:

Once your trancript is received, it will be reviewed to determine if you have met the necessary preentrance requirements to be placed immediately into the Nursing Major (follow the link provided above for a listing of program requirements). At any time, please feel free to contact Trish Jones at jonesp@bucks.edu to find out the status of your evaluation.

Once your evaluation is complete, you will be notified by the Office of Admissions regarding your status. At this time, you will want to inquire with the Nursing department as to their deadline for the clinical portion of your program. You can contact Lynn Vitale at vitalel@bucks.edu
