Wayne County BASS

Point System proposal

15 Points needed to have your dues paid

No halves you either have 15 and your dues are paid or not

1 pt for each of the following events:

showing @ a meeting, showing @ a tournament, working @ a tournament (except for tournament director & only 1 or 2 official helpers at each tournament), helping at an event held by WCB or TPABF, for every 10 gun raffle tickets sold, going to a district meeting as a representative of WCB, fishing MR. BASS or any district tournament, additional 1 pt awards can be added by request and acceptance by the BOD.

2pts. for each of the following

Organizing an event for WCB, going to a state meeting as a representative for WCB, other 2 pt awards can be added by request and acceptance of the BOD

3pts awarded to each member of the BOD and the Tournament Director automatically.

This system is fair to all and alleviates the need to make acceptations for those that can not make it to regular meetings.  The idea is to get more members involved in the club events and this system assures that no one is given a free ride.

            If a member:     makes 8 tournaments                            8pts

                                    Organizes 1 event                                 2pts

                                    Helps @ 1 event                                   1pt

Helps @ casting for kids                       1pt

                                    Fishes 2 state tournaments                    2pts

                                    Sells 10 tickets                         1pt

                                    Total                                                    15pts

They have made their 15 pts.  That’s without having to make one regular meeting.  For every meeting they make they could knock off one of the other events.  This is the least we should expect from a member whose dues are paid by the club.
